My affinity with Jackson started way back in 1999 when we were only 14. It wasn't an easy road of course~
In short, we faced a total of 3 separations. 2 short ones while the last one and the longest too was after we were together for 6.5 years.
It was around 2.5 years then that we went our separate ways. Well, we did have our fair share of love affairs during this period.
But somehow rather fate brought us back together in late 2007.. not much spoken words.. it really is the chemistry.
Right now we are happily attached and our relationship still going strong! Hopefully we will be the first and the last for each other~

Back from my short trip to zhuhai! Been there for only a week, but its enough for me to term it as an "aching" trip haha~ Spent the first 2 days cleaning his apartment. I almost break down looking at the state of the apartment, i shall not describe in details. I seldom scream u know. =.=" After that 2 days I have a pair of aching hands from the sweeping and mopping, not forgetting the 5-6 rounds of laundry I did! Despite the cleaning, i think the place is still in a mess but at least not as dirty la~
Well my labour was not left unrewarded though. There was the jap table barbecue meal. Considered really high-end over there plus we have a waitress stationed at our table to help barbecue the food. Great food great service~ Then there was the congee steamboat near to where we are staying and we had 4 big plates of sashimi served in the chinese way something i've never see in sg~ yummy! We also had steak at another restaurant nearby. The 猪扒包 just opposite our place is super nice too~ The other time JH came to find Jack in Zhuhai, he missed his flight back to Sg becos of the 猪扒包 haha! Then there was the 烧饼 macham like roti prata but with filings inside, great for supper and they do home delivery. Imagine home delivery for something thats only around 70cents/pc in sgd! and its a really big piece omg~ There was also the nice chinese cuisine at a restaurant in xiangzhou. I love chinese cuisine!
Oh and i was told that 清明节 in China is a big occasion. They actually have 3 days of holiday for that!
We also had a family sports day on Sunday organised by biz partners. There were around 30+ ppl, kids included~ We were brought to the outskirts of the city where there's a place where you can play table tennis and badminton indoors while basketball and soccer outdoors. And there's a restaurant belonging to the same owner just beside the compound, just nice for ppl to have their dinner after one afternoon of workout. He actually played badminton with 2 of the kids that brought back memories of him coaching kids. Anyway, it was my first time playing badminton with Jack after like so many years~ haha i rem how sneaky i have to be when i used to go watch him play in competitions. He never like me doing that cos he says i'm a distraction. "As if you can spot me in the crowd!" "Of cos can la!" whatever~
And after that workout we had tight butts and aching legs the next day haha old liao!
My next trip up will probably be in end May.
Long overdue:
My brother's POP! The happy mum who didn't mind the sweaty son. My first words to my bro after taking the photo was "You damn smelly la!" Taking a photo with him will always remind me that I'm not the thinnest in the family =(
How time flies ya! The first POP I attended was Jack's and now my bro's. Then i was thinking when will be the next POP i'll be attending? Will that be my son's? haha! told Jack about it and he was like what are u trying to imply har? I mean true what, if I'm ever gonna attend another POP that has to be my son's! hehe
Beauty is a self-esteem booster, a woman's lifelong pursuit. Which one of us wouldn't want to look and feel good?
There are many ways for us to slim down, some of us choose to:
Take prescribed medication
Sign up with fitness centres
Programme stressful workouts
Engage in very strict dieting
Make regular visits to slimming centres
And even go for injections
These methods may help you with slimming but not necessarily give an attractive body contour and the effects can be very temporary.
There are also possible side-effects. We do know of ladies who observe strict diet to the extent of becoming anorexic.. =(
Furthermore, there is also a big inconvenience factor to these methods. You have to set aside time to make the trips down to the slimming centres, gyms etc.
If you are busy with your work schedule, it is really quite tough to make these regular visits or even just to do some workouts at home.

Since all you want is to look and feel good, so instead of setting a goal on weight loss, why not change the goal to that of improving your physique?

Wrong use of brassieres and girdles is the primary cause of common three-tier tummy.
Proper use of brassieres and girdles on the other hand can help firm up physique.

If you have to take your measurements, it is better to get someone else to measure for you as your posture will be more natural.
Getting a new bra doesn't have to be a hassle. If you find a bra that really suits you, it's a good idea to buy several at once in case it's discontinued.
Bras that you usually bought from departmental stores can last about 4-6 months. They can last longer if you have many bras to rotate with and that you do not wash with washing machine.
Hand-washing with cold water and delicate detergent followed by drip dry is the best way to maintain your bras. For body-shaping lingerie, you don't have to dry it under the sun as they dry really fast.
It's really time to consider throwing your bras if you have been wearing them for years. The materials used are not meant to last this long.
If you still feel that your old bras are wearable, it may really be due to the fact that your busts have already accustomed to the deformed bras that lost the support effect.
If you are not wearing or not intending to get any body-shaping lingerie, my advice is that you should at least make the effort to buy correct size bras 2-3 times a year. Then again if you look at the long run,
